Fitness stuff I've been doing the last few months.

I started using the 100 pushups program from here:

Along with Perfect Pushups handles, which are awesome.

I've been doing that, in variations, for about 5 months.  Added in some chinups, and hanging pikes:

I really hate situps.

I've only been doing that and stretching for most of the summer.  Barely touched the bike, and I've only started running again (in Vibram Five Fingers) on sand and soft trails in about the last month and a half.
